Delivery Options

FREE delivery on all standard orders over $500 Australia wide!

Any orders under $500 incur a flat fee of $10 Australia wide

Heavy, Bulk and Over-sized Deliveries

Heavy, Bulk and Over-sized orders are sent via a courier and might incur different charges. These charges are calculated based on weight and cubic size of the order as well as its delivery location.

Heavy, Bulk and over-sized items are marked clearly online when adding to cart, in the item's description and noted at checkout. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm any additional charges that may apply to such orders. You will be given the option of proceeding with the order or opting out of the transaction and we provide you with a store credit.

Alternatively, we offer click and collect from our NSW warehouse.

In case of further delays in dispatch of purchases, a team member will be in touch and will disclose the estimated date of delivery.

General Shipping Information

Orders on all products in stock placed before 3:00 PM will ship the same business day and orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship the following business day.

Metro orders will arrive within 1-5 business days. Rural locations and PO Boxes will arrive usually within 2-8 days.

Freight for regional orders for large and bulky items will be quoted by our customer service team prior to fulfilling your order. You will be contacted via email or phone for pre-approval of any additional freight costs.

For products not in stock, the shipment will be communicated to you via email on the estimated date of arrival.

All products will be shipped between Monday to Friday. Any order made over the weekends or holiday period's will be shipped over the next few business days.

All orders will receive an email with tracking details when your package has been dispatched.
